To keep our clients and staff safe amid the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently offering curbside service. When you arrive at our hospital, please call us at 740-373-5080 and we will assist you.
All payments can be processed over the phone. If you are picking up a prescription or food, we will bring it out to your car. If your pet is at our hospital for an appointment, one of our staff members will come get your pet for the exam. Please trust that we have many qualified staff members inside who will care for your pet well while he or she is inside for the appointment. After the appointment, we will clearly communicate to you all that the veterinarian observed during the appointment, any treatments that were given, and any medications that are being sent home. We continue to practice veterinary medicine with the same integrity and compassion that you have come to know over the last 20 years.
We installed a new phone system this summer in effort to improve our communication with our clients. We are still working through this new system and occasionally have technical difficulties. If your call is dropped or you are unable to get your call through, please try to call again. We greatly appreciate your patience!
